Feeling the after-effects of yesterday's kickboxing workout? (And how!)
Yeah, fo' sho feelin it here! But this is why I love kickboxing. Always makes those upper back muscles work-work-work! (BTW Great workout combo selection yesterday, Jacqueline! And thank you Sari for the cool down!)
An awesome combo Raven! Tho I don't think I ever worn, or had, a LBD, it never hurts to do a workout designed for one--just in case, right? haha.
I really do love going back to these older routines--it feels almost like Christmas because you're discovering new moves, new workouts, and new muscle soreness! It's been fun so far, Blenders, and I hope you're enjoying this Challenge too!
And as always: remember to take any and all workouts at your own pace! Take extra breaks if you need them---or take things up a notch if you're feelin particularly frisky today too! Make it work for you! (Feel free to swap in your own EC if you want as well!)
