We start off with today's schedule--brought to you directly by Jacqueline, with Sari's recommended cool down--with a lovely kickboxing routine! Here's the schedule for Day 1:
Day 1--Jacqueline's Day, with Sari's recommended cool down (46 Minutes Total):
What's not to love about Day 1, eh? Kickboxing, a little EC if you want it, and a nice fluid cool down. Yeah, that's pretty awesome in my book!
And as always: remember to take any and all workouts at your own pace! Take extra breaks if you need them---or, on the flipside, maybe punch that air a little harder if you feel it needs a good bruisin' today! Make it work for you! (Feel free to swap in your own EC if you want as well!)
