Pushups!!!

Oh my gosh guys, the other day during my upper body workout, I decided to go ahead and challenge myself by adding in a full pushup to my interval since I normally do them on my knees. And guess what, I did the ENTIRE 30 second interval with regular pushups! Whaaat? Since when have I been able to do that?!

Anyway just wanted to say, lifting weights is awesome. I feel so strong now even in my weakest muscle group. Always push yourself and try lifting a little heavier each week and you WILL see the gains!
