I posted about this a while ago but I’d like to add more detail this time.
I can’t decide which of these programs to buy. I’d love to try a program that is mostly strength training. At the same time, I am concerned for a number of reasons. I am mostly sedentary other than my workout each day. I am scared that without enough cardio my cardiovascular system won’t be as healthy. I know you can turn a lifting session into an almost cardio session sometimes but not always.
What do you think? I have done FB Burn Round 1 a few times and love it.
