Hello Blenders, and Happy FB+ Launch Day!

Whoo hoo, it's finally arrived! Launch Day! Yay! I'm so excited for K & D, and what this means for FB! I hope everything goes well, and I'm very much looking forward to giving + a try!! Best of luck to K & D, and the FB Team today!

That's why today's random pic is of a pretty rainbow! Rainbows can be associated with good luck, yes? As such, I'll send it out to the entire FB Team, the FB Fam, and of course K & D today! Hopefully everyone has the best of luck in all their endeavors today--no matter what you've got goin on!

And speakin of workouts: what do you have planned for today FB Fam? Is it a workout day, or rest day for you?

It's Wednesday-Core Day for me! And that's a darn good thing too, caz my upper body is T-rex sore right now. Yesterday's kickboxing and 5x5x5 combo kicked.my.butt. The burn wasn't just real, it was all-consuming. haha. I think this'll be a good combo--plus: bonus points for getting a workout in with both of my favorite trainers! Gotta love that!

Ok, now let's talk a bit about some of the yums that we'll be totes gnoshin' on today.

How about it Blenders? What's on the menu for today?

Guys, I made this throw-together random casserole yesterday, and luckily there's leftovers for tonight! I made with chicken, wild rice, squash, sweet potato, celery, onion, garlic, green pepper, dried cranberries, and almonds. Seasoned with salt, pepper, white wine, thyme--and topped with a bit of Asiago. I'll admit it sounds very strange, but I'll be darned if it didn't taste delicious! Pretty happy about that! Plus, it made a ton! So dinner's already done. Whoo! Total win-win.

Alright, guys, it's time for me to Matthew McConaughey myself right outta here!
