Favorite Lower Body Videos

I was wondering, what is your favorite lower body workout that isn't over 30 minutes. I had been taking a barre class since around May and haven't done much lifting since then. I quit the barre class as it was taking up too much time and wasn't very close to my home and decided to start back lifting. My first few days I've realized how far I've fell. Yes, the barre gave me a toned looked, but apparently I lost allot of stability. Lunges and squats used to be really easy and now I find I lose my balance with lunges (any version) at least once or twice during each set, if not more. Really want to get that stability back. So, I've been scheduling some lower body workouts on MWF and the day that I schedule them is kinda busy (and there are so, so many videos that I find myself clicking the same ones over). Help me out, what's your favorite lower leg strength video. Bonus points for low impact (hurt my knee many, many years ago and never went to the doctor, I haven't trusted it since)
