Does anyone else struggle with keeping your weight in your heels during squats? For some reason, I cannot shake putting the weight in the balls of my feet. Any tips on how to stop doing this? It's like I have to consciously remember to shift my weight EVERY time and most times, I don't remember until Kelli reminds me lol.
