FB Sweat Program Complete!

Super stoked to have completed FB Sweat twice through now. I am really seeing a lot of improvements which is encouraging. These are my PFT numbers from before and after the two rounds:

Before (August 19)

1 mile run: 11:36

Push-ups (from knee): 2

Squats (no weight): 42

Full plank: 2:23

Sit & reach: -5 1/4"

After one round of FB Sweat (September 13)

1 mile run: 10:28

Push-ups (from knee): 7

Squats (no weight): 47

Full plank: 2:42

Sit & reach: -2 1/8"

After two rounds of FB Sweat (October 11)

1 mile run: 10:01

Push-ups (from knee): 11

Squats (30 lb. weighted bar): 16

Full plank: 3:04

Sit & reach: -1 1/4"

The first round, I had more time available so I ended up doing the extra credit every day for a total of about 50-minute workouts. The second round, classes started again so I only did the 30-minute workouts.
