HKS Accountability Group Oct. 10

Good morning!

I have another early day at work so I only got in https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/quick-sweat-lifting-session-10-minute-butt-and-thigh-workout. This is quick, but it is a very good workout. I will get more leg work in at lunch today.

Yesterday I did 16 minutes on the elliptical. My legs were still sore from Monday, so I counted that as a good enough workout.
