Daily Check-In: Thursday, October 10th

How goes it, Blenders? Wherever and whatever you got going on, I want to wish you all very happy and pleasent Friday Eve! ..With life sometimes getting crazy, it's always good (healthy, even) to take a step back and take stock of what we are grateful of, both in ourselves and outside surroundings.

..I'm wondering how much you gleaned from that lil' pep talk or if you are just really focused on eight hairy legs and four pairs of eyes staring at you.

Going for a little shock value; a little pre cardio warm up to get your andrenline pumping and blood flowing, I figure this spider might do the trick. He/she is honkin' huge by the way! From edge to edge it's about 5 inches! I think it is some kind of huntsman spider. Can't be sure though; I'm not the best at spider identification, but in anyway, it's one of the biggest spiders I've ever seen around here!

...I'm not trying to give you nightmares; really, I'm not.😈

Ah, apologies in advance for putting up a bug pic and not balancing it out with flowers to make it better. I know we are all about balance here, but this spider wanted about as much attention as its size, lol.

..So, no need for a warm up after that! ..Well, that's not true. You should still always do a warm up before a workout, spidy pic or not. But since we've arrived at the workout topic, what do you have or had going on today? #ThrowbackThursday anyone? ..Maybe you want a gut buster or just use that workout time as time for you to clear your mind during those minutes you are relaxing or sweating, because you can't do anything about those problems while you are on the mat so might as well focus on your workout.

Now just talking about a workout has me already feeling hungry, so what do have going on in regards to food today? Dish out the delectable dinners! ..I actually didn't use up turkey the other day, so that means I have a date with trying to use it up tonight! Maybe a turkey pot pie? I can throw all kinds of veggies in there too and have a complete meal! Sounds good, but what is everyone else chowing down?
