Just checking in to share that I got a program complete recently. I finished fb 30 round 4. It took me 8 weeks to do (it’s a 4 week program) but I got through it. The first week and the last week were fairly perfect, but I did get a little off track in the middle. I plan to start it over starting this week. Here’s hoping I can stay better on track this time around!
