I´m new in Fitness Blender and I don´t know the best for me

Hi,

I´m a cyclist and next month I will start the preparation for next season, and this year I like to work not only in bicycle preparation, I kike to work strenght, agility and other options to help me to increase my preparation in cycling.

I´m 51 years old, and my objective next year is the granfondos, granfondos are competitions arround 150km with 2500D+, and I wanto to participate in 12.

So in your opinion watt´s the best base plan to start, and my idea is end the preparation end in the end of March.
