I did day 10 of Sweat yesterday, including the extra credit, and today I woke up sooorrre! I’m so excited because I’ve been working out consistently for months now and I rarely get sore lately.

FYI, I am not a kick-through OR lizard lunge girl, and I also have lots of trouble with thigh slaps, so I replaced those with mountain climbers, static plank and high knees respectively. For the actual round of mountain climbers I did bicycle crunches since I’d already done three rounds of MCs!
