I'm hoping for some recommendations on the best program for me to start with. I'm 44, 180 pounds, would like to lose 20-30 pounds. I lost about 90 pounds about 4 years ago, and was down to 160 (felt and looked great), but keep having trouble with gaining back these 20-30 pounds. I eat clean about 80% of the time, but need to get back to better choices/more veggies.
I work out frequently and love gym classes for circuit strength training with HIIT, Zumba, cardio dance, barre and yoga. I tend to shy away from classes like bootcamp. I have a past knee injury (which makes some interesting sounds if it's moved certain ways) and a previously torn ligament in my arm near the elbow. These items don't typically cause me pain, but I like to be mindful of these items when choosing workouts, as I've found certain things can cause them to be a bit uncomfortable.
I'm just not seeing the results I want with my current workouts and am looking to try something different. Suggestions for a good program to try out? Thanks!
