I've been working on FB30R1. I have done this program several times and I love it however, with the 8 week programs I struggle to stay motivated around the halfway mark. This time I was doing really well working out 5 days a week but this last week I was struggling to try and push through. I looked at my calendar and I only had 1 week left of the program and I REALLY wanted to quit. My schedule was a bit off because I saw that I should be finished today but there was one workout schedule for Monday. That's weird I thought, must be a glitch... So the beginning of this week I was telling myself. You only have to do 5 more workouts and you'll have completed this whole program! I counted down all week to force myself not to quit on my goal this close to the "finish". So when I "finished today I thought, Hmmm what should I do next, and I switched my calendar over to October and guess what... I'm only 6 weeks in! HA HA!! I still have 2 more weeks to complete to get that "Program Complete" satisfaction. I had to laugh at myself. I am proud of myself for pushing through my motivation plateau and getting my workouts completed this week, and for 6 weeks in a row!! That's good progress. Now I just have to push myself these next 2 weeks so I can get a 100% on my workout completes for this round.
