Hi FB! I am really wanting to improve my back muscles...I saw a woman at the gym yesterday who had amazing back/shoulder muscles and I love them! My arms are already pretty strong, but I have trouble working on my back with weights as I have scoliosis and I'm fearful of pushing myself too hard.
Any suggestions on how to ease into it? What are your favorite lifts? Any machine recommendations at the gym?
