I’ve been posting a lot on here because it helps me to really feel as if I’ve had progress if I write it out and tell others about it.
I started the FB Meal Plan on Tuesday. I’m not following it very strictly, not really paying attention to any calories or anything, switching snacks out here and there for convenience and what I have, etc. I have not eaten any “junk” food since starting and that feels so weird to be able to say. What a feeling.
I am now one pound away from my pre pregnancy weight.
I’m hoping to get back down to my pre marriage size, we’ll see how that goes.
My two year anniversary is in about a month so it’ll feel good to be the same size this anniversary as I was last anniversary, lol. After having a baby and all.
