Day 5 done!

Hi everyone! today was the fifth day.. I had to go swimming but I didn´t feel like it so I did the workout of day 6. It was cardio and abs.. I did the cardio early in the morning and now I´ve just finished the ab workout. I felt so good after the cardio. It burnt like crazy. The cardio workout structure is: 40 sec on, 10 sec off two times through for each group. And the exercises are:

Group 1: Skaters, shuffles, core twists, push ups.

Group 2: Mountain climbers, slow High knees + Core twists, 4 jumping jacks + 4 Butt kicks, forward punches.

Group 3: Running on the spot, jab jab cross, jump rope, side to side squat walks + 1 squat jump.

The Abs-Workout structure is: 45 sec on, 15 sec off, two times through with one minute rest in between:

Crunches

Leg drops

reverse crunches

Bicycles

V-Sit arm pulses

Heel touches

Oblique crunches right

Oblique crunches left

Plank hip dips

Side plank hip dips right

Side plank hip dips left

Mountain climbers

Plank Side foot taps
