I have spoken before here about the fact that I struggle with anxiety and depression and I know I am not alone in that.
So, the weekend just gone was bad, a write off really. Yesterday I did a long tough LB workout as the last day of FB Booty. It helped, my mind had to focus on keeping me moving and breathing and that actually gave me a break.
Today however is another story. I had scheduled myself an UB and light cardio session, but I struggled to get out of bed and found myself on the sofa. Now some days like this that's where I stay and others I can do some kind of workout. Learning the difference is an ongoing work. Thing is if it's an 'I can do something' day then 100 % of the time any kind of movement will make me feel better, not saying that's universally true but it is for me.
It's not like I am now bouncing of the walls happy but I do feel better. Something is better than nothing.
Sorry this has turned into an essay but thanks for letting me share, it's good for me and who knows maybe someone else might read this and find it even a tiny bit useful.
What I did when struggling today
Hi all
I have spoken before here about the fact that I struggle with anxiety and depression and I know I am not alone in that.
So, I did a warm up and then did this;

It's not like I am now bouncing of the walls happy but I do feel better. Something is better than nothing.

Thanks FB family!
