I just wanted to share a ''little something''. I have purchased FB Blend as soon as it came out approx. 2 months ago, I loved to see how different each week is but as week 4 came about, I stopped due to LIFE happenings. Getting a new job that required somewhat longer working hours made me feel like I have time for almost nothing. I still kept FB in my head almost every day and I told myself I will return and finish that week 4. I have finally made the decision that I will continue FB Blend where I left off and after a month of taking a break from exercising, I have completed day 22 of the program yesterday. I was surprised that my stamina didn't falter as much as I thought it would (even though my thighs are very sore right now, I can barely get up from the chair, but I know as soon as I get back to it, I will be less and less sore :D).
By writing this post I just wanted to say that you do not have to be afraid of taking a break if you truly need it or be afraid of losing all your progress even after a month of break. You are stronger than you think and I am rooting for you all :) I saw a quote on FB's Instagram that said something like 'Having the all-or-nothing mindset makes many people give up' and I couldn't agree more. Feel comfortable with showing up for yourself whenever you need it :) Have a lovely day/evening!
