Day 8 #fblowimpact sore thigh , hamestering quads and butts

Hello!

Yesterday I completed Day 8 #fblowimpact,

It went fine with beginners modifications of course,

Today i woke up with sore thigh , hamestering quads and butts

While sitting (afrer sitting its ok no hury) and during getting to stand/ kneel, while walking / standing a little but sore but ok

I went through day 9 but for me i feel like it will be intense although low impact

Went through recovery videos still i don't know which is the best any help??
