Yesterday at yogaclass we did the warriorposes. One of them is in a really low lunge. I heard lots of people huffing and puffing around me and the teacher also said it was a difficult exercise. I asked her to come check my form when we did the other leg, because I felt like it wasn't too difficult. She checked, gave some minor adjustmenst and then said I just have strong upper legs.
