FB Low Impact: take 2

Hi All!

I had started FB Low Impact back in April after a couple of years of avoiding the gym... I was doing well for about 20 days, but then I had to travel which gave me an excuse to skip 😣

At the end of Aug I said to myself I would restart in Sep. Well, today was the day!! 🙂

Just completed Day 1, and will do my best to complete the full program this time.

Anyone else out there needed multiple takes before finishing a program?
