Had to ramble and share how amazing it's made me feel! Kelli and Daniel have such infectious enthusiasm the more I worked the better I felt! Must have a huge endorphin high as I feel I could do pretty much anything!

Also, I was given a new set of weights (18lbs) for my recent birthday. Used them for the deadlifts in this video only to discover they aren't heavy enough! Given that when I started I couldn't do a deadlift I am pretty pleased with that!
