I have been working out for a good 2 years with Fitness Blender, mainly focusing on cardio and HIIT (with some strength training here and there). After a while, I noticed a drop in results and motivation (a lil skinny fat), so I have decided to improve my strength when I return to university in September. I have been holding off on my workouts this summer due to my job and traveling. I don’t have a wide range of weights at home and I didn’t want to waste my energy working out when I knew my diet would not be the best (due to, again, travel and family events).
When I return to university, I have decided to launch off with FB Flex and FB Booty Boot Camp... and I’m not sure if I’m taking too much of a leap here. My arms aren’t the strongest, but my legs are decent, and I am motivated with a challenge. I’m only worried I’ll hurt myself or if I’m setting my expectations too high. I read from other people that it was a lot, but I believe my body will remember the rigorous work it used to do. Are these programs okay to do, or is it recommended to do something easier?
