Today was unintentionally a rest day. Not enough sleep (thanks, part time job) and I woke up with a gross headache that I can't shake.
I spent the morning on calendar and with my programs since I'm always re-evaluating a "best practice." How to split my workouts between Pat's, where I have no equipment, but I can do cardio, and home, where I can't jump but I have my powerblocks. Combo'd with Fridays really kicking me in the pants because I can't sleep enough hours... So I'm going to give this idea a shot... A Saturday-Thursday rotation - mix of strong workouts during the week and bodyweight workouts over the weekend. So, we shall see how this goes!
