Hey everyone! I am headed into the first day of Week 2 today, and I feel very excited! At this rate I will be halfway done with the program by Friday. I'm trying really hard to not skip any days unless I absolutely have to- last week I completed all 5 days and ended up skipping the recovery day over the weekend because I just wanted to rest. I did a couple hours of walking around town over the weekend, and that was more than enough for my rest day.
I don't think I did any extra credit workouts but I'm not beating myself up - I'm just happy to have showed up for all 5 days in a row! I feel my energy level has gone up but I don't see a lot of physical results yet- if anything I am a little less bloated from eating better. Hoping this week flies by just as well, I had some days where I really didn't want to work out last week but I powered through it and felt great after I got it done.
