I've had almost 10 days of insomnia, which is why I just could not work out yesterday. I missed 2 workout days last week too. It's crazy how lack of sleep not only affects your body but your mind too. I really needed to rest and refocus. Which is what I did and it's getting much better. I may even try to workout later today.
With that said, here's this week's motivational quote:
