I've had a seriously full on 3 weeks. I started Abs Round 2, but was practising violin particularly intensely for auditions coming up. 3 auditions in 3 weeks, different work for each.
This type of practise - solo practise with deadlines - it's insanely physical and mentally exhausting, and I've found that my playing suffered the next day with tired muscles after workouts. So I've done 1-2 workouts a week since the start of July.
As of Wednesday I can go full steam ahead with the Abs programme and I CAN'T WAIT!!!!
I miss the routine, I miss feeling the high, I miss getting my workout complete.
