I've been doing this workout https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rzhohF5w3c daily for 3 weeks. It makes me feel amazing, and I've been seeing results-but muscles from my left knee is cramped. I took a week long break and got back to it-it's still prevalent, and gets worse after each workout. I incorporated warming up and cooling down, hoping it would solve the problem, to no effect. What should I do? Keep working out, or take a longer break? I really want to get back on the grind, and I feel like I'm cheating by skipping workouts. I'm 94 kg, I think my weight might be causing excess tress on my muscles. But I need to exercise to get off that weight.
