I couldn't find who it was, but I read about scheduling short / low impact workouts on days you have scheduled but your body just says NOO!!!.. I'm on day 1 of my cycle and that's normally a day I skip. But today, I reschuled my FB 30 HIIT and strentgh and did these instead:
