Throughout the day my nutritional habits are SPOT on, however sometimes I find myself later in the evening want to devour cookies, ice cream, or whatever will satisfy my sweet tooth! It is really discouraging and sometimes it happens and then I feel guilty.
How can I maintain my nutrition goals with this awful urge to eat anything and everything sweet I find in my path??!!

Throughout the day my nutritional habits are SPOT on, however sometimes I find myself later in the evening want to devour cookies, ice cream, or whatever will satisfy my sweet tooth! It is really discouraging and sometimes it happens and then I feel guilty.
