I had a question - which is better forward lunge or reverse lunge ? For me doing a static forward lunge is difficult - I feel uncoordinated & super wobbly. I’m okay doing forward walking lunges though. And static reverse lunge is comfortable for me - my body responds to it more naturally and I dnt feel uncoordinated. Any views on this?
