FB Mass II: Learning how to construct sessions

I’ve decided to do another round of FB Mass, this time experimenting with the sessions a bit. Meaning, I will use what they’ve scheduled as a base and add in what suits me for that day. I learned so much during my first round that after it was over I’ve found I really enjoyed putting together my own sessions (using their videos) for the last few weeks. The benefit to doing a program is that it is mapped out for you. This makes it much easier to customize, since the structure is already there.

Today I added a core routine to the upper body and cardio that was already scheduled. While I don’t have any aspirations of a 6-pack, I do want a stronger core. The video I chose today was SUPER challenging. Much more advanced than my current stage, but I enjoyed it and the Segars struggled right along with me 😃.
