I'm starting this program tonight and I'm curious if anyone has any recommendations before I get started.
I've been doing workouts from the FB YouTube channel since the beginning of the year and I felt like I needed some more structure to my workout schedule (before I was just selecting a bunch to do for a month and it felt like I wasn't sticking to it).
