So, I’m 34 years old with 4 kids and a full-time job. My husband has a full-time job, a side job, and parents who aren’t in good health. This past year, I’ve increased my exercise a lot. I’m trying to get 60 mins five days a week and FB has been a great help.
Because of our busy lives, we find exercise hard to fit in. I’m trying to find a sustainable way for my husband and I to keep moving. I try to multitask whenever possible. Right now, the most realistic is to walk on the treadmill while working on the computer at home. Other things i do include biking while spending time with the kids and biking when I have errands to run that are not too far away. My husband mows the lawn, and I was telling him that it should count as his daily exercise. We have a big lawn and it takes him 1.5 hours to mow.
Does anyone else try to multitask like this? What’s your favorite way of getting things done while exercising?
