A question I am struggling with for our FB team, and also for anyone in our community who might know the answer:
Should extra credit challenge workouts be done immediately after the workouts suggested in the program, or at other time during the same day?
I am finding it difficult to find two timeslots per day, so I usually do the main workout first thing in the morning, pause before the cool down and do the extra credit and than go back and do the cool down. Where extra credit workouts also contain warm up, I skip it, thinking my muscles are warmed up enough after having done an entire workout within minutes of starting extra credit workout.
Is there something wrong with my logic? What do you suggest would be the best.
