I'm doing FB SWEAT but at my own pace because I try to combine it with yoga (which I enjoy a lot lately).
I was really afraid to tackle that scary 5 - level HIIT but I did it!! I wouldn't normally choose a workout with this title unless it's scheduled in a program, plus I'm not a big HIIT fan so I had to take several extra breaks and modify some exercises. However, it wasn't that bad, I felt really strong doing star jumps, for instance and I was even able to tackle the extra credit, so I'm very proud 💪
I nearly think that my face was the one that suffered the most because I recently got rosacea and it was the purplest colour ever 😣.
