The main video (mix of core and HIIT) had something I love in a workout – when jumping jacks appear in the warmup and you hate them and feel like lead and stuck to the ground, and then they appear again towards the end of HIIT and suddenly they are the easiest and the best exercise ever and you FLY! :)
Did the extra credit too, plus I added the video from the optional sixth day because I felt like stretching more but mostly because I want to clear that day up for the new workout they just released :D
