I'm in the middle of one of fitness blender's four week programs, including 5 workouts per week, after two months with close to no fitness routine.
My "problem" is: I play tennis once a week (very amateur level, so maybe counting as low impact cardio) and also once a week, i have dancing lessons. Is there anyone with a similar schedule? How do you handle it? At the moment I reschedule my workout from the day I dance/play tennis to the next, moving forward the whole program; consequently, I only have 3-4 fitness blender workouts instead of 5 a week. Would it be more effective to do both workout and the low cardio on one day?
