today I finished Abs Round 2! I am very excited, because before that, I had already finished Low Impact, which helped me immensely with getting back to working out after surgery. That makes two programs in a row, which is a new one for me :)
So what to do next? I am undecided between Strong, Burn R2 and FB30 as I haven't done either of those yet (I keep buying new programs :D).
Any recommendations? My goals currently are staying fit, not losing (too much) weight and toning up. I really like lifting, but I also need some HIIT mixed in there.
Have you done either of those three and can tell me a bit more about your experience?
Also: Should I start directly on Monday or take a week off? Or a couple days? I don't want to lose my "flow", I tend to get lazy whenever I break my routine, but I also fear slacking during workouts if I continue to do back on back programs (though the two days off on the weekend could be enough to get new energy).
Low Impact and Abs R2 complete! What next?
