Consistency! I'm on my second full week of FB Low Impact. For those just starting (or starting over)

For all of you who are just starting, or starting over... this is for you.

I used to be pretty strong, and I was very fit. After a divorce, a big move, menopause, starting a business, and stage 3 adrenal fatigue, I've had several years of inconsistent exercise. I've lost so much muscle it's crazy. So I'm starting over. My body is like that of a couch potato. I hike and walk, but have no strength to speak of.

I bought FB Bodyweight, but even that was too much. I'd do one workout and it would take me a week to recover. I started and restarted the program several times, but the DOMS and tendon pain were too much. Each time I'd workout, it would be hard to function for several days and a full week to recover. You can't get fit if you're too sore to workout! ;)

For Christmas, I asked for FB Low Impact. I started it a couple weeks ago. I kept my range of motion shallower and worked on completing each workout with the goal of some soreness but able to recover in a reasonable amount of time.

I just completed day 9! I've been consistent for almost two weeks. This is a huge win for me, and I'm so happy.

This morning I got up thinking I wouldn't work out, that I'd be too sore. But after being up for half hour, I was like, "hey, I should work out!" It's been so long since I've felt that way.

Thank you K&D. You all are appreciated!
