I need some help!!! As bad as that sounds im a 15 year old girl who has been very insecure about her body.. Im 5'9" and am trying to get confident enough to wear a bikini on my 16th birthday. (August 15) Honestly i am very mature for my age and just would like to build some more muscle especially in my stomach. I also have lots of cellulite on the back of my legs that id love to get rid of and tone up my legs, butt, and stomach. I would love to see a nice difference by then and am now homeschooled so have plenty of time for workouts, I have never been bullied about my weight and honestly dont care about what other people think but i just want to be happy with my own body... I live in Florida so am constantly wearing a bathing suit and wanna feel confident. SOMEONE please give me a good workout routine where i will see differences daily. My goal is too one day be a model please help me get there!!!
