Hi guys. Sorry if this has already been asked or discussed before but it’s my first post despite using the videos for two years.
I work full time, have two kids and generally workout in the kitchen when they have gone to bed. We eat around 6pm and then I exercise from 8:30pm. I’m always hearing D & K saying eat a meal as soon as possible but I’ve already had my evening meal. I honestly don’t feel like a big snack at 9:30/10pm at night but should I be forcing myself? I usually just have a yoghurt.
Any thoughts on this approach would be really appreciated. Am I doing more damage by not heating a ‘hefty’ snack?? Thanks!!
