On Sunday I finnished my first 1000 calorie workout ever. In the past years I often tried to do one but always failed and lost motivation again.
Yesterday I tried it one more time and told my self that I would start, push myself, listen to my body and most importantly I told myself that it is totally okay if I can't do all of it.
It felt totally different from the last time I tried one.
I thought: "okay let's try to finish only the warm-up+HIIT part".
When this part endet I thought: " that was hart, but I think I can manage a bit of the strenght part as well".
It was so much fun to do the workout that I didn't realise that the workout was nearly over. When I did it was 10 min. before the cool-down.
After that I was extreamly proud and happy and I still am. My body changed so much and is now able to do something like this.
Now I'll set my next goals and try to have as much fun with fitness blender as I can.
