FB30 Round 2 & Biggest loser competition

I posted about a month ago that I had completed FB30 and had a few weeks left of my “biggest loser” competition with coworkers. I came back to say I completed FB30 Round 4 and I won the biggest loser challenge! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 (Here’s a pic of my sweaty glory after the last day)

In January I done a “21 day detox” in which you eat only fresh fruits and veggies, then add in grains and finally dairy. I actually shared the plan with all of my coworkers before we started (like printed copies). It also suggested hot lemon water each morning. When we were well into our competition one of my coworkers heard me say something about the lemon water and was like “oh so that’s what you’re doing!?” As I stood there with a growling stomach and sore muscles from Daniel and Kelli’s workout program I was very offended! Oh well, I definitely bounced back and forth week to week gaining and losing but I didn’t stop working out. I averaged 3-5 workouts per week with the exception of one week. This is a huge accomplishment for me. I went from my heaviest (and laziest) in January to working out regularly and feeling stronger 💪🏻 and more flexible. My clothes fit much better and after 12 weeks others are starting to notice the change as well! 😁

So now without the competition with coworkers to keep me motivated I’m gonna be turning to my 💙fitness blender💙 community! How perfect to know I can follow along the same workout program with Daniel and Kelli! Adding #FBstrong to my calendar now!!

Now, what shall I spend my winnings on.. perhaps #workoutcomplete gear!? 💯
