I've just realised it's almost time to say #ChallengeComplete! Seriously, who am I and what have I done with myself, to go so far? #Proud
It's turned bitterly cold here, so that means soups! Veggie soup and tuna fillets for lunch, and chicken soup and veggies for dinner :) I'm thinking courgette and onions with the tuna, and celery, carrots and broccoli with the chicken breasts. There will be a leafy greens salad, too (go raw and all that, right?).
