Tell me about FB Strong

I just finished FB Burn and am wondering what to try next. With the weather *maybe* finally starting to warm up soon I like being outside as much as possible and will move most of my cardio outside. Is FB Strong mostly lifting/strength or still lots of HIIT? I don’t mind a day or two of HIIT but want to primarily focus on the strength building. If you have any recommendations other than Strong I would appreciate them!

FYI I found FB in September of last year when I had recently started getting back into working out. I’ve gone from a size 2XL to L and lost over 40 lbs. Finding a workout program that is challenging while focusing on functional results has been life changing. I’m so grateful to have stumbled onto this community. ❤️
