Just Checking in

Hi, I've been MIA for like 2 months. Illness and grad school are to blame. I've gained back the weight I lost last semester, so I am ready to get back at it. I'm trying morning workouts this time because if I'm being honest, I let my role as mother and student come before my workouts if I let the day get started first! So my plan is to get up at 5:30, eat a little something (or I have an upset stomach) and then just do the dang workout! Starting FB30 Round 2 today! My mantra going into this 8 week program is simply consistency is key and eat (mostly) clean! More specifically, I want to cut back on coffee out and limit unhealthy snacks after dinner. Other than that, I am not going to put too much pressure on myself. The goal here is to get into the routine of waking up at 5:30 and working out before everyone gets up. I kind of automatically eat healthier when I am working out consistently so that's helpful!
