How sick is too sick?

I've been doing FB30 Round 1, on week 5, and I haven't missed a day. I've come down with a cold and I had to miss Tuesday's workout, so I rescheduled for Wednesday. Wednesday came and I pushed through (cardio kickboxing, it was a bit rough). Today I'm still not feeling well and tonight I have a HIIT Cardio scheduled and I do NOT want to miss it. I'm just not sure how hard I'm supposed to push myself. Missing days is how I get off track, I didn't miss a single workout until Tuesday and now I'm feeling like I'm letting myself down. So I figured I'd ask you guys, how sick is too sick to work out?
